I’m excited to share with you our new library of Case Studies.
These client stories cover a range of learning modalities, business priorities, audience and company types. These Case Studies join the blog posts and other resources in our Learning Library, both great places to look for new ideas of ways to leverage modern learning technology to solve your organization’s challenges.
In related news, we were honored to round out 2016 with another 4 industry awards in December, receiving 3 Golds and a Bronze from the Brandon Hall Excellence in Technology awards, which are awarded based on both the the innovations of the technology and the strength of the business results seen in client case studies.
(Okay I’m going to brag for just one second: this brings our learning industry & learning technology awards up to a total of 14 for the year, in all kinds of categories. The full list, of which we’re pretty proud, can be found here.)
Back to it. Specifically, the 2016 Excellence in Technology awards were awarded based on the success of the Intrepid platform in delivering the following client programs:
Gold for Best Advance in Sales Enablement & Performance Tools
and Gold for Best Advance in Sales Training Online Application
for Microsoft’s “Leading the Way in Public Sector” MOOCs
Within the larger Microsoft sales organization, the 3,000 global sellers focusing on the public sector (non-profit and government) face some unique challenges with their buyers. Pushing the innovation edge again, the Microsoft-Intrepid team designed an online course that not only teaches critical business strategy and financial acumen concepts, but also soft skills like relationship building and empathetic listening. Read all about it in the “Business Acumen + Soft Skills: How Microsoft Is Using Online Collaborative Learning for Public Sector Sellers” case study.
Bronze for Best Advance in Unique Learning Technology
for our consumer goods manufacturing client’s “Blended Learning Leadership Development Cascade.”
The Intrepid platform gave this consumer goods manufacturer the capabilities it needed to thread specific company context and meaningful interaction throughout the blended learning experience. The result? Empowered individual employees who understand their daily role in enacting a company-wide change management initiative. This exciting leadership development cascade also won 2 CLO Learning in Practice Gold awards and a Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Silver award this year. All the details: “Leadership Development Cascade Dovetails the What, the How, and the Why for Company-Wide Transformation.“
Intrepid’s Sanjay Advani (VP, Marketing & Alliances) and Summer Salomonsen (Principal Consultant, Learning Experience Design) will be on hand for the 2017 HCM Excellence Conference January 24-27 to receive these awards on behalf of the team and our clients. Reach out if you will also be attending and would like to connect.
