Course Overview
Design for Collaboration is an L&D strategy course based on two questions: what do instructional designers need to learn and what do they need to unlearn? This course is your opportunity to gain innovative knowledge and practical skills in Learning Experience Design (LED) to supercharge your organization’s L&D initiatives.
With a focus on cohort learning and collaborative tools, you’ll collaborate with peers from around the world to design solutions that drive results and solve for your current challenges.

What is Design for Collaboration? A 3-week introduction to collaborative online learning in a collaborative online learning environment.
What is the time commitment? The course requires 1+ hours of work and interaction per week. Work is done at your own pace and when it’s convenient for you.
