Work From Home

We have a flexible and mature approach to balancing working from home and (when it's possible again) working from the office. Our physical office headquarters are in Seattle but we have remote employees working all over the U.S. even in non-pandemic times.

Our development and engineering teams use an agile development model, with sprints and scrums. We use open source technologies and take a "best tool for the job" approach to software development. Our digital learning experience design team favors rapid prototyping and an agile service model. Everyone else moves pretty darn nimbly, too!
