This is an applied executive development experience delivered on Intrepid’s applied learning platform. The program pairs self-paced preparation with live, expert-facilitated sessions every two weeks, structured so that what you learn in one session is put to work before the next.
The experience culminates in a multi-round business simulation where you’ll make real strategic decisions, analyze outcomes, and receive guided feedback. It’s the closest thing to executive-level practice without the stakes of doing it live.
