Challenge
Blanchard Institute identified a critical gap in leadership development for youth. Too often, students only encounter personal growth and leadership tools after entering the workforce, therefore missing the formative window of adolescence when core mindsets are shaped. Initially delivered as in-person workshops, Blanchard’s Student Self Leadership (SSL) course reached a small number of learners. The organization needed a way to scale globally without sacrificing learner connection, engagement, or accessibility.
