Bio
Le'a leads Intrepid’s learning experience design team, overseeing the creation and successful execution of clear, intuitive, learner-centric experiences on Intrepid's platform. With her wealth of learning strategy and instructional design experience, Le’a and her team provide clients with both a high-level groundbreaking POV regarding the learner experience and the brass tacks tips and tricks to execute on it.
From 2000-2005 and again from 2011-present, Le'a has served in a variety of key capacities for Intrepid, including Senior Manager of the Project Management Office, Senior Consultant, Editor, and Instructional Designer.
She holds degrees in English from Stanford and the University of Washington, and a JD in Law also from the University of Washington.
